Super nice and personable. Responds quickly through text and calls and understands what you want. Advocates for you as a buyer or seller through every situation. Has a wealth of knowledge of the real estate business that is greatly appreciated and has connections to lenders as well. Most importantly, he puts you first. Whatever your situation is, he is there to help. No pressure in situations; he offers all the information he can find and leaves it up to you to decide what is best.

"I greatly appreciate him and would definitely recommend him to anyone."

Hans was amazing! He helped us through the process of buying our first house. He kept us looped in through the entire process, answering questions, finding places that fit what our family was looking for, and got us all the information we could need in every property we were interested in. He was instrumental in our offer being approved on the home that was everything we were looking for.

"He made the whole experience go more smoothly."

Hans was so easy to work with and stayed on top of the whole process with us, even answering a late-evening call!

"I strongly suggest anyone who wants to look for a house just call Hans; you will be amazed."

My wife and I were looking for a home and, due to our age, got very lucky when introduced to Hans Afshar. He made a very good experience for me; in a short time, I found what we wanted in the location where my wife always wanted to live.

"He is ethical, honest, and always puts people first."

I’ve known Hans Afshar for many years and can say without hesitation that he is one of the most hardworking and trustworthy people I know. He’s a dedicated family man with deep roots in our community, and his reputation here speaks for itself. Before moving into real estate, he successfully ran his own business for years, showing the same strong work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way. Anyone who chooses to work with him will be in excellent hands.
